This is the logo for yourfonts.com (I altered it a bit to clear it up). Your Fonts is an easy and quick service that allows you to make your own font for free. There is no catch, all you do is print the pdf, fill out the characters you want in your font, scan the form, save as a jpeg, then upload it to the site. Then it will show you your font, at that point you can download it.
